The winery is facing southwest, where the strongest winds come from. It also has an aerodynamic roof that simulates a plane’s wing. This design was intended to shade constantly the grape reception area. It lies on a side of the slope, which accommodates five different levels for a gravity flow winemaking process. This enables to use less pumps and the result is a higher wine quality.
