Saurus Barrel Fermented Malbec

The sight features red colors with vivid purple flashes. On the nose, aromas of violets combined with red fruits like plums and cherries. Its fermentation in oak barrels adds vanilla and cocoa, which makes it an elegant wine. The palate is fruity, with fine tannins and good acidity.
Wine naturally stabilized, unfiltered.

Harvest: Manual. Maintenance of clusters in a cold chamber at 0 ° C until the shaking table selection.
Fermentation: Five days in contact with the skins in tank. On March 24 he was placed in oak barrels.
Soaking time: Wholegrain, five days at low temperatures before fermentation.
Malolactic: done in barrels.
Ageing: 100% of the wine was stored for 8 months (from 24/03 to 22/11) in oak barrels. The toasted oak cooperage was conducted by the exclusive use especially for this winery.
