To the sight shows an intense bright red color.
To nose is refined, it offers spices, anise, mint and eucalyptus, combined with elegant notes of leather due to ageing in oak barrels.
Complex mouth-feel with pleasant tannins, moderate acidity and fruit. It is a voluptuous and persistent wine.

Harvest method: Picked by hand and selection in vibratory table.
Maceration time: Three days in cold, then ten days of fermentation and twenty days of maceration.
Alcoholic fermentation: In stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts.
Malolactic fermentation: Induced with lactic bacteria in oak casks.
Ageing: 20 months in French oak barrels (since July 15th, 2011 to March 30th, 2013).
