A view presents a very intense purplish red denoting maturity.
The nose is complex, combining aromas of ripe red fruits, violets and spices. Its oak aging contributes notes of snuff, chocolate and coffee.
In the mouth has very good entry, with gentle tannins and intense, is both elegant and fruity and well marked acidity typical of Patagonia.
Wine stabilized naturally bottling unfiltered possible precipitated.

Method of Harvest: Manual and then selected through vibratory.
Cold maceration time: 24 hours in a cold chamber and then three days in tanks placing dry ice.
Fermentation: 10 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts, soft overs and a couple of dellestages.
Soaking time: extended maceration. Held for 17 days at room temperature and submerged cap.
Malolactic: Made in French oak barrels in our heated room.
Ageing: 100% of this wine was 24 months in French oak barrels.
