WINEMAKING

Yield: 10 Tons / hectare
Winemaking: Hand-picked and selected on vibratory table. Hand-picked and selected on vibratory table. Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Kept on the lees with regular stirring every 15 days to obtain a creamy mouth-feel. Final stabilization and bottling.
