Alpataco Chardonnay

Pale greenish yellow to the eye this lively Chardonnay has seen no oak ageing to preserve the flavor of the fruit. A prolonged contact with the lees with periodic stirring added roundness to its very fresh, fruity mouth-feel.

Winemaking: Hand-picked and selected on vibratory table. Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Kept on the lees with regular stirring every 15 days to obtain a creamy mouth-feel. Final stabilization and bottling.
